When using any of our default templates, go to Accounts > Setup > Messages and enter your bank details in the Default Invoice Message field as shown below. These details will be printed in Property on all new demands only.
Historic demands will require additional editing via the Details button inside the Demand templates. Clearing the field contents and then saving causes KEYPrime to update with the newly changed Default Invoice Message.
Alternatively, you can customise your template and hardcode the bank details. Go to Landlords > Select > In the Layouts section by the Demand click on Customise
