KEYPrime backups operate at the database level, meaning that when you perform a backup, it includes all companies within that database. To back up a single company:
Select the company on the Launchpad
Go to Administrator > Tools > Extract Company
This backup process will take longer than usual because it first backs up the entire database and then removes the records for all other companies.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A backup of a single company cannot be restored into the original database it was taken from.
